Job brief

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective groups, companies and events into our travel and/or engagement programs. You will seek out clients and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential client.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments and inspirational tactics to prospective clients

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads that are generated from online inquiries and lead generation specialist  

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members 

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

  • Supply team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce

Job Summary

Our company is seeking a Recruiting Associate to acquire people between the ages of 18 - 35 for our traveling groups. Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working with people. A successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing applications and conducting interviews. You must be a high-performing recruiter that is sales minded and is able to oversee our participant recruitment. This person must be result-driven in sales/admissions and actively seek out and engage prospective participants for our travel program.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes according to schedule

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales/admissions and status reports

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Continuously improve through two-way feedback
